Deskripsi

The versatile LAS 28 XLe laser marking system from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH is suitable for a wide range of marking applications. The integrated fiber laser enables the marking of nearly all materials, such as steel, carbide, aluminum, and plastics.

Depending on requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30, or 50 watt fiber laser. In many industries, the use of a laser for permanent marking has become essential.

The powerful laser software allows users to easily create text, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes, and logos with just a few clicks and without extensive programming knowledge. The software is also capable of automatically serializing numbers and part numbers after initial setup. Moreover, it can retrieve variable data (such as drawing numbers and project designations) from existing spreadsheets and automatically transfer this information into predefined fields. Integration of a handheld scanner is also possible.

Standard features include an integrated PC with Windows operating system and laser software. Optionally, the LAS 28 XLe laser model can be equipped with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Further options, such as lateral extensions for marking long components, motorized Z-axis, drawer systems, and more, are available upon request.
