AMTEC BLM 280 CPL

Economical blister machine featuring a quick-change format unit for increased flexibility. Universal feeding unit designed for handling capsules, flat or oval tablets, caplets, triangular tablets, and other shapes. Adjustable sealing pressure accommodates various product requirements. The machine is also equipped with a foil waste cutting device, enabling production runs of approximately 90 minutes. Integrated camera inspection systems (pin-hole detector, BASLER color camera) identify defective blisters and ensure packaging quality. Dual forming film roll holders and an integrated film splicer enhance material changeover efficiency. Final blister length is adjustable via software. Water cooling system, 1 x aluminum format set with dedicated feeder, aluminum/PVC format set with brush feeder, and print mark detection unit included.
