High-speed flow wrapper for packaging smaller products in pillow bags with longitudinal seams. This flow pack packaging machine is suitable for wrapping single or multiple dry products, whether uniform or irregular in shape. A special feeding system is integrated upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and inline feeding of products to the infeed carriers (infeed conveyor of the flow wrapper) is handled by six servo-driven side belts. This eliminates the need for manual placement of each product, providing a significant production advantage and greatly improving the cost-effectiveness of the flow wrapper. AMTEC's flow pack packaging machine is perfectly matched to the bag length with regard to the rotating knives and their diameter, resulting in speed optimization.
