High-speed flow wrapper for packaging smaller products in longitudinally sealed pillow bags. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for wrapping single or multiple dry, uniform or non-uniform products. A special infeed system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and feeding of the products in line to the carriers (infeed table of the flow wrapper) is performed by six servo-driven side belts. This eliminates the need for manual loading of individual products, providing a significant production advantage and greatly improving the flow wrapper’s cost-effectiveness. AMTEC’s flow pack machine features rotary cutting knives perfectly matched in diameter to the bag length, resulting in optimized speed and performance.
