Horizontally operating, intermittently driven, gear-controlled packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of chain bags (flat pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole, without zip lock. 3-side or 4-side sealing is adjustable. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag size (min.-max.): L(50-130)xW(50-110)mm; max. filling capacity: 60ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 70 cycles/minute; 2kW; machine dimensions: (L)2060x(W)750x(H)1400mm; weight: 520kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional mounted modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) visible in the machine photos are additional options for this unit and are shown for illustrative purposes only.
