AMTEC HFFS CS50-L FSP

Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) with both standard and irregular shapes, including a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. The machine processes one pouch per production cycle. By default, it is equipped with one dosing unit and consequently one filling hopper. Optionally, the machine can be fitted with a second dosing unit and a second hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can significantly increase the production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional accessory modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photos are available as optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, provided that the films used include registration marks. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on a sample.

This machine/system is also available in other versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
