Horizontal form-fill-seal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Particularly well-suited for small stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger doser, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Two pouches are processed per production step, resulting in a higher output per minute. Two dosing units are standard/required and, accordingly, two filling hoppers are installed. The machine can optionally be equipped with two additional dosing units and filling hoppers, enabling either the processing of two different materials or split filling, which increases production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in several languages, e.g., English, German etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-250)xW(90-140)mm; max. filling capacity: 600ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 110 cycles/minute; 13.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)8800x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 3000kg. All parts contacting the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or other additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this model and shown for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, whereby the used films must have print marks. We are happy to test and confirm suitable film compatibility based on sample material.
