Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches in regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging hole, without zip closure. Adjustable for three-side or four-side seal. Especially suited for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Each production cycle processes two pouches, enabling a higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process. Main components include: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 75 cycles/minute (equivalent to max. 150 pouches/minute); 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or other additional attachments (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are extra options for this item and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on samples.
