Horizontal intermittently operating, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with euro hole, without zip-lock. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). Per production cycle, three pouches are processed, achieving higher output per minute. For the production process, 3 dosing units are required. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(90-180)xW(50-80)mm; max. filling capacity: 100ml; maximum machine output (idle): 230 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 13m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3550x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1500kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar), visible on the machine image, are optional extras for this unit and shown for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm material compatibility on the basis of samples.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
