Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic forming, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Particularly suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production step. By default, one dosing unit is provided and accordingly, one filling funnel is installed. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling funnel, allowing either processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Bag size (min.-max.): H(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle rate in idle: 50 cycles/min; 10kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)6900x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 2600kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional add-on modules depicted in the machine photo (e.g., take-off conveyor or similar) are optional extras for this item and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, which require the use of printed film with registration marks.
