Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular and irregular shapes, with hanging hole, without zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighers, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with 1 dosing unit and 1 filling hopper accordingly. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (relevant, e.g., for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle speed idle: 50 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. The dosing units and/or other optional attachments shown in the machine photo (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) are additional options not included in this position and are for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films; however, the films used must have print mark registration. We will gladly check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on a sample.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
