Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with a hanging hole, without a zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suitable for large pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dispenser, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard configuration includes one dosing unit and corresponding filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or for the filling process to be split, which can increase the maximum idle machine cycle rate (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 1000ml; max. idle machine cycle rate: 60 cycles per minute; 5.5kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4600x(W)1120x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and for illustration purposes only. This machine is suitable for a variety of composite foils. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample material.
