Horizontal intermittently operating, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat sachets with either regular or irregular shapes, optionally with euro hole, without zip seal. 3-side sealing or 4-side sealing selectable. Especially suitable for medium-sized sachets. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One sachet is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Sachet sizes (min.-max.): L(80-225)xW(50-180)mm; max. filling volume: 400ml; max. machine cycle rate idling: 70 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3500x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1400kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing systems and/or additional add-on modules shown in the machine photo (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional features for this position and are shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films. We will be happy to check and confirm the appropriate compatibility based on a sample.

The machine/system is also available in further configurations for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
