Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for small flat and stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit is provided, along with one filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling the handling of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which increases production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachment modules (e.g., discharge conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this model and are pictured for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a variety of composite films, which must have print marks for use. We will gladly check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on samples.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and speeds.
