Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven forming, filling, and sealing machine for pouches, suitable for filling (1 station) and further processing of flat and stand-up pouches with or without zip closure. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger, weighing, volumetric, liquid, paste, and other dosing units, etc.). Equipped with SIEMENS PLC, touchscreen, and frequency converter; sensors from OMRON, SMC, and FESTO; low-voltage components from SCHNEIDER; OMRON temperature control; FESTO pneumatic components. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). - Specifications: Pouch sizes: L(140-280)xW(85-210)mm; maximum pouch depth: 80mm; maximum idle cycle rate: 60 cycles/minute; pouch magazine: stainless steel; power supply: 380V, 7.0kW; compressed air: 0.5m³, 6bar; machine dimensions (without dosing system): L5927xW1317xH1942mm; net/gross weight: 1600/1800kg. - Optional: various dosing systems available.
