Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with hanging holes or zip closure. Adjustable for either three-side or four-side sealing. Particularly suitable for small pouches. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger filler, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing modules). Two pouches are processed per production step, resulting in higher output per minute. Two dosing units are required for the production process.

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional optional modules shown in the machine photos (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras for this item and shown for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films. We are happy to test and confirm material compatibility based on samples.
