Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular and irregular shapes, featuring hanger holes and zip closures. Especially suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger doser, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard configuration includes 1 dosing unit with a corresponding filling hopper. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper, allowing for the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in multiple languages, for example, English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle speed (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 10kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7500x(W)1250x(H)1550mm; weight: 2800kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional accessories illustrated in the machine photos (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras and for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films; all films used must have registration marks. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.
