Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in both regular and irregular shapes, with euro slot and zip fastener. Particularly suitable for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Compatible with various filling systems (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other metering units). Each production cycle processes one pouch. One dosing unit and corresponding fill hopper are included as standard. The machine can optionally be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second fill hopper, allowing either processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which increases production speed (relevant, for example, with viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. idle machine speed: 50 cycles/min; 6.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional optional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) are additional options and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, with the requirement that films must have print marks. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on a sample.

The machine/plant is also available in different versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
