Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shapes, optionally with euro hole or zip closure. Adjustable for 3-side or 4-side sealing. Especially suited for medium-sized pouches. Integration of various dosing systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-225)xW(50-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 400ml; max. machine cycle rate in idle: 70 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4650x(W)970x(H)1500mm; weight: 1600kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304).
