Sample system for filling wet cabbage salads such as sauerkraut or red cabbage into pre-made bags, including vacuum sealing of the bags. The volumetric dosing station is a rotary unit, with the unique feature that a piston cylinder presses the product into the bag. Afterwards, the filled bags are transferred to the likewise rotating vacuum and sealing station. Ten individual chamber vacuum sealers – especially suitable for products with high liquid content – ensure excellent vacuum results. Thermal transfer printer and product feed unit included. PLC-controlled, operated via touchscreen. Suitable for a broad range of bags such as composite and single-layer aluminum, PE, BOPP, and PP films, paper, etc. – Specifications: Filling range: 20-1000g; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 80 cycles/min; bag size: W(80-160)xL(80-240)mm; machine dimensions LxWxH: 2100x1400x1700mm.
