AMTEC HPFS CS50-L FSP

Horizontally operating intermittent, gear-driven filling and closing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a corner screw cap. Especially suitable for large pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. As standard, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, which allows either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All product-contacting parts are made from stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras for this item and are for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of laminated films. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on your sample material.
