AMTEC HPFS CS50-XL FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a screw cap in the corner. Particularly suitable for extra-large pre-made bags. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production step. By default, one dosing unit and one feed hopper are installed. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second hopper to either process two different materials or split the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main features: PLC, touchscreen control panel (multi-language menu available, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(180-320)xW(100-240)mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycles in idle: 50 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 27m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)3600x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 1800kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachment modules (e.g., outfeed conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustration only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to test and confirm compatibility based on samples.

The machine/system is also available in additional configurations for various packaging sizes and speeds.
