Horizontally operating, intermittent, mechanically driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with a corner screw cap. Particularly suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production step. The standard configuration includes 1 dosing unit and, accordingly, 1 filling hopper. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing the processing of two different materials or the splitting of the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menus available in multiple languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(180-400)xW(110-280)mm; max. filling capacity: 3000ml; max. machine cycle rate in idle mode: 50 cycles/minute; 6.5kW; 27m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4100x(W)1020x(H)1500mm; weight: 2000kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor belt or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and shown for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm suitability based on samples.
