Packaging machine with vacuum module for pre-made Doypack pouches, block bottom bags, flat bottom bags, and other stand-up pouch types. Compact design with horizontal production flow. Batch/date coder as well as modules for specific pouch features such as zip/press closures, screw cap (spout), or gusset shape can be optionally integrated for an additional charge. Pouch detectors check for correct placement and complete opening of, for example, Doypack bags. As soon as the pouch is detected, the product is dispensed into the bag via the filling spout. The sealing area is kept clean throughout the process. The vacuum process is performed immediately before the pouch is sealed, using a lance that enters the pouch. The PLC-controlled machine is operated via a touchscreen monitor. Specifications: Stainless steel housing (SS304); max. machine cycle rate (unloaded): 15 cycles/minute; pouch width: 100–300 mm; pouch length: 100–350 mm; required compressed air: 5.5 bar, 0.2 m³/min; power supply: 220V, single phase, 20 amps.
