Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80–310)xW(60–180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate without load: 50 cycles/minute; 1.8kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990 x (W)970 x (H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units shown in the machine photo and/or additional modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) are optional extras for this item and intended for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on a sample run.
