Horizontal, intermittently operating, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for processing and further handling of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for extra-large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, weighing system, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine is equipped with 1 dosing unit and accordingly 1 filling hopper. There is an option to fit the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing two different materials to be processed, or to split the filling process, thus increasing production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(120-320)xW(100-240)mm; Max. filling capacity: 2000ml; Max. machine cycle rate (no load): 50 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 24m³/h; Machine dimensions: (L)3600x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; Weight: 1700kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional attachment modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photos are optional extras and serve for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films. We will gladly check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on sampling.
