Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks without zip closure. Particularly suitable for extra-large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit and one filling funnel are included. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second funnel, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(120-400)xW(90-280)mm; max. filling capacity: 3000ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 5.5kW; 24m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)4100x(W)1020x(H)1500mm; weight: 1800kg. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or additional attachments shown in the machine photo (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras and shown for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite foils. We are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sampling.
