Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher viscosity liquids like BBQ sauces, honey, as well as viscous products such as peanut butter, fruit jam, chocolate-nut spreads, and more.

The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for liquid filling and six heads each for positioning and capping the spout closures. The production process is fully automated—from pouch feeding, filling, cleaning of the spouts, supplying the caps via a supply elevator, cap screwing, up to the discharge of the finished products. Precise filling volume is ensured by continuous liquid level monitoring. PLC control, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.). CIP system and UV sterilization lamp included. Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with corner spout or top spout.
