Horizontal intermittently operating, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with a top screw cap. Especially suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production cycle. As standard, the machine comes with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(80-310)xW(60-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 50 cycles/minute; 1.8kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990x(W)970x(H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel (SS304).
