Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger fillers, scales, volumetric dosing units, liquid, paste, and other dosing modules). Two pouches are processed per production cycle, resulting in a higher output per minute. By default, 2 dosing units are provided and therefore 2 feed hoppers are installed. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with two additional dosing units and feed hoppers, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, which can increase production speed (especially relevant for viscous products). Key components: PLC, touchscreen operating monitor (menu available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-260)xW(90-180)mm; max. fill capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 55 cycles/minute (equals max. 110 pouches/minute); 4.5kW; 30m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5100x(W)980x(H)1400mm; weight: 2000kg. All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing units and/or additional modules shown in the machine photo (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) are optional extras and serve demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films; we are happy to check and confirm compatibility based on sample material.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
