Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with zip closure. Particularly suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (screw feeder, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. The standard configuration includes one dosing unit and thus one filling hopper. The machine can be equipped with a second dosing unit and a second filling hopper, allowing either two different materials to be processed or the filling process to be split, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: Bag sizes (min.-max.): L(110-310)xW(90-210)mm; max. filling capacity: 1,600ml; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg. All parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or further additional attachments (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras for this position and are for demonstration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm specific compatibility based on samples.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
