Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or doypacks with zip closure. Particularly suitable for medium-sized pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste, and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, one dosing unit is included and accordingly one filling hopper is installed. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L (80-310) x W (60-180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1200ml; max. machine cycle rate idle: 50 cycles/min; 1.8kW; 12m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)1990 x (W)970 x (H)1390mm; weight: 700kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or other additional modules (e.g., discharge conveyor or similar) depicted in the machine photo are additional options for this item and shown for illustration only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of composite films. We are happy to check and confirm the corresponding compatibility based on a sample.

The machine/system is also available in further configurations for different packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
