AMTEC HPFS Z50-XXL FSP

Horizontally operating, intermittent, gear-driven filling and sealing machine designed for filling and further processing of pre-made flat pouches or Doypacks with zip closure. Especially suitable for extra-large pre-made pouches. Integration of various filling systems possible (auger filler, scale, volumetric dosing, liquid, paste and other dosing units). One pouch is processed per production cycle. Standard configuration includes one dosing unit with a corresponding feed hopper. The machine can be equipped with an additional dosing unit and a second feed hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or split filling – which can increase production speed (particularly relevant for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.
