Vertical weighing and filling system for pre-made large bags/sacks. Suitable for granular products such as seeds, pet food, wood pellets, etc. The system includes product feeding, automatic weighing unit, conveyor belt, and sealing OR sewing module. Pre-made bags are manually inserted by hand into the pneumatic clamp holder. The product is dosed by weight and filled into the bag. The bag is then transported via conveyor belt to the sealing or sewing module and is sealed or stitched accordingly. – Specifications: Weight range: up to max. 25kg; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 200 bags/hour; accuracy: ±0.2% FS; Power supply: AC 220V/380V, 50Hz, 2kW; compressed air: 6bar, 0.17 m³; all parts in contact with product made of stainless steel AISI 304; system dimensions depend on final layout and can be customized.

The machine/system is also available in further versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
