Complete large vertical filling system for pre-made bags. - Weight range: 2,000 - 50,000g; maximum machine cycle rate (idle): 16 cycles/minute. The system includes product feed, automatic weighing unit, conveyor belt, and sealing OR sewing module. Suitable for granular products such as seeds, pet food, etc. The pre-made bags are manually inserted into the pneumatic clamp holder. The product is portioned by weight and filled into the bag. The filled bag is transported by conveyor belt to the sealing or sewing machine. - Platform as well as infeed/outfeed dimensions can be customized: specifications depend on the final layout/configuration of the complete system.
