AMTEC SAF-5000 Semi

Semi-automatic auger dosing unit for 100–5000 g dosing applications. Suitable for dosing and filling powdered products. Stand-alone version including auger feeder and supply hopper. Included features: horizontal discharge auger to prevent unwanted product dribble, dust extraction interface, PLC control system with touch screen, weighing sensor (operates automatically with each dosing cycle), pouch clip mechanism, auger screws for 500 g and 2000 g dosing, lid for the auger feeder for enclosed operation. Suitable for filling bags, cans, jars, and other containers.

The auger feeder comes with a stainless steel housing and tube. The feed hopper holds 230 litres and includes a vibration motor for consistent product flow.
