Example filling system for a disinfectant bottle filling line, designed for smaller bottles with a fill volume of up to 100 ml. The fully automatic filling process includes: orienting and feeding the bottles; filling with 2 to 8 filling heads, with high precision ensured by anti-drip devices; automatic orientation, feeding, and sealing of caps/spray caps; single- or double-sided labeling of the bottles; discharging and collecting the bottles on a collection table or transferring them to the next production station. The individual machines in the packaging line are interconnected via conveyor belts, providing high flexibility in layout configuration.
