Fully automatic thermoforming machine: Cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food, meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, medical products, and household goods. Key components are made of stainless steel, with easily exchangeable modular cavities and a water cooling system for the thermoforming tool and sealing module. Vacuum pump by BUSCH (Germany), PLC, touchscreen, and servomotor by OMRON, relays and air switches by SCHNEIDER. Top packaging materials: heat-sealable films; bottom packaging materials: thermoformable sealing film. Both rigid and flexible films can be used.
