Fully automatic thermoforming machine: Cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food products such as sandwiches, meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, as well as non-food items, medical products, and household goods. Central components are made from stainless steel, with easily replaceable modular forming molds, water-cooling system for the thermoforming tool and sealing module. Vacuum pump by BUSCH, pneumatic components by SMC, electronic components primarily from Schneider, photo sensors from SICK, PLC and touchscreen by Delta.
