VFFS machine with integrated gravity metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, and with a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tool required), OR for pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photoelectric sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic end sealing unit; servomotor for film draw-off; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, best before date. - Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weighing heads: 10; Weighing range (single dump): 2~200g; Volume per head: 0.5L; Weighing accuracy: X(0.5); Discharge gate: single flap; Surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled surface); product-contacting parts made of: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra cost). - Gravity metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; pipe diameter: according to forming tube. - VFFS machine specifications: max. idle cycle rate: 65 cycles/minute; bag size: L(40–300)xW(60–220)mm (double film draw-off for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 140–460mm; product-contacting parts made of: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra cost); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required compressed air: 0.4–0.8MPa.
