Vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically descending products, and with a 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact construction without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (gusset tool required) OR for pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touch screen; PLC; photoelectric sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; servo-driven end-sealing unit; servo motor for film feed; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date. - Multihead Weigher Specifications: Number of weighing heads: 14; Weighing range (per drop): 2~200g; Volume per head: 0.5L; Weighing accuracy: X(0.5); Discharge gate: single flap; surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled surface); product-contact parts made from: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra cost). - Free-Fall Metal Detector Specifications: Sensitivity: FE from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; tube diameter: according to forming shoulder. - VFFS Machine Specifications: max. cycles per minute (no load): 85 cycles/minute; bag size: L(40-300) x W(60-220)mm (double film draw for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 140-460mm; product-contact parts: AISI 304 (optionally AISI 316 at extra cost); voltage supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; required air pressure: 0.4-0.8MPa.
