Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with either high or low flowability. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator monitor, available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport capability, air exhaustion device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), support bracket for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may require surcharge). - VFFS machine specifications: Filling range: 150-1200ml; film width: max. 420mm; bag size min-max: L(60-300)xW(60-200)mm; max. idle machine cycle rate: 50 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 2.2kW; 6bar, 0.3m³/min; packaging machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1080x1300x1400mm; weight: 500kg. - Auger dosing unit specifications: Filling capacity up to 50l (hopper); filling range: 10-300g; max. idle cycle rate: 60 cycles/min; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380V, 1kW; dosing unit dimensions LxWxH: 510x585x930mm; weight: 100kg.
