AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 45-XL ECO

Complete vertical packaging system version with 10-head multihead weigher (2.5L/head), Z-bucket elevator, platform, discharge conveyor, and rotary collection table for finished, packed products. Suitable for packaging irregular-shaped bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, cookies, nuts, confectionery, shrimp, industrial components, and products such as screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in various languages—e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport option, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum generated), bag support device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit subject to surcharge).

It is also equipped with a PLC and touchscreen control (also available in multiple languages), up to 99 programs can be preset and stored, the servo motor (feed hopper) can be adjusted for different product types.

Specifications: Conveyor speed: 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Rotary collection table for collecting finished bags from the discharge conveyor. Speed is adjustable. Table diameter: 1200mm (standard), stainless steel 304, 220V, 0.37kW. Stainless steel platform, required for access to the weighing unit and upper section of the packaging machine, dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 2x2x2m. Complete system dimensions: approx. L3200xW3200xH3600mm; dependent on final configuration. The system must generally be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements.
