AMTEC VFFS-SYS VC 45-XL ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single-container conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, option for double film transport, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum generated), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost if required).

The cup of the dosing unit has a filling capacity of up to 50L. The single-container conveyor also features a filling capacity of up to 50L. Container is manually filled in the lower position and automatically emptied in the upper position (complete cycle: 1 minute).
