Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, single-cup, single-bin conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport possible, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), holding device for heavy finished bags, euro slot punch, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional cost). - VFFS packaging machine specifications: Filling range: up to 3000 ml; film width: max. 520 mm; bag size min-max: L(80–400)xW(80–250)mm; max. idle cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220V, 4kW; 6 bar, 0.3m³/min; machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1150x1790x1650mm; weight: 600kg. The dosing cup has a filling capacity of up to 50L. The single-bin conveyor also has a capacity of up to 50L. The bin is filled manually in the lower position and emptied automatically in the upper position (complete cycle: 1 minute). - Specifications: Height: 3–5m; machine dimensions: L1400xW700xH3500mm; 220V/1kW. Variations possible. The discharge conveyor features a stainless steel frame. - Specifications: Conveying speed: 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L1150xW5040xH3500mm, depending on final configuration. The system must be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements, so there may be variations in the specified module and machine specifications. Key components: Colored SIEMENS touchscreen display, SIEMENS PLC controller, SIEMENS servo motor, AIRTAC cylinder, AIRTAC solenoid valve, OMRON relay, SIEMENS servo motor for film transport.
