PAFIX CNC Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines
- The PAFIX CNC head is specifically designed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse movement to the toolholder (turret, spindle, etc.).
- It is extremely compact and equipped with a positive-locking disengagement clutch, which can be set to three different extension lengths as needed.
- The head can be set to two different programmed thread cutting cycles. Both cycles ensure a certain amount of pitch compensation (float).
- To ensure error-free thread cutting with a precise starting point and thread depth or length, no spring-loaded pitch adjustment or overload slip clutch is used.
- The PAFIX CNC enables quick changeover from thread cutting head to cutting head. Simply unscrew the clamping nut and replace it with the cutting head housing.
