PAFIX Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines

- The PAFIX CNC head was specially developed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse travel to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
- It is extremely compact and equipped with a positive-connection disengageable clutch, which can be set to three different extension lengths if required.
- The head can be set for two different programmable thread cutting cycles. Both cycles provide a certain amount of pitch compensation (float).
- To ensure error-free thread cutting with a precise starting point and thread depth or length, a spring-loaded pitch adjustment or an overload slip clutch has been deliberately omitted.
- The PAFIX CNC allows a quick change from thread cutting head to cutting head. Simply unscrew the clamping nut and replace it with the cutting head housing.
