The machine is equipped with complete formwork (rotating mandrel, 5 steel rings, external formwork) for pipes with the following diameters: Dint=1000mm and Dint=800mm;

- The equipment can produce plain concrete pipes with socket joints:

Dint=1000mm; Dint=800mm; Dint=600mm; Dint=500mm; Dint=400mm; Dint=300mm;

- Maximum pipe height: 1000mm. Minimum pipe height: 250mm.

- Vertical movement of the rotating head – electric motor.

- Variable rotation speed of the rotating head (frequency converter controlled).

- Dimensions: 2.0 x 2.0 x 4.2 meters

- Mass: approx. 2000 kg

- Power: 16 kW (supply voltage: 380V)

- Average productivity: 1 pipe / 6 minutes

- Loading of concrete into the machine: manual. (optionally - by conveyor belt)

- Handling of formwork with the concrete pipe inside: by forklift.

- Formwork removal: immediate.

- Removal of steel ring: after 2-3 days, depending on ambient temperature.

- The frequency converter enables speed adjustment according to the inner diameter of the pipe.

- Changing of the rotating head is simple and quick.

- The rotating heads are fitted with interchangeable wear-resistant steel sheets.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

- MX500L concrete mixer with aggregate loader: for concrete preparation
- Conveyor: for transporting concrete from the mixer to the formwork
- Steel rings for bottom socket
- The production surface must be perfectly level!
