We are selling our Atom FlashCut Fashion 26B all-in-one fully automatic cutting table system.

With a usable working area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate unloading section of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B provides optimal conditions for efficient workflows. The maximum cutting height of 20 mm allows processing of a wide range of materials – including multi-layer applications.

Two independently operating tool heads ensure high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X, Y, and Z axes guarantee precise movements at a traverse speed of up to 80 m/min and acceleration of 1G.

Intelligent Material Handling & Vacuum Technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds the material into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, allowing targeted activation of individual sections. This ensures precise material fixation while minimizing energy consumption.
Two high-performance vacuum pumps with frequency control (3–15 kW) automatically adjust their power to the actual demand. The result: secure material fixation with energy-efficient operation.

Precision via Camera and Projection Technology

For optimal material utilization, the system is equipped with two cameras featuring integrated light sources and dimmers for detecting irregular material outlines – for example, when working with leather hides. Defect areas can be digitally marked and considered in downstream processing.

Two high-performance projectors support automatic nesting by projecting cut contours directly onto the material. In addition, article numbers, sizes, or further identifiers can be projected onto the cut parts – ideal for process reliability and traceability.

Powerful CNC Control & Software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC controller, including a TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated computer with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support enables easy operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

• DXF converter for reading and transforming CAD files
• Interactive layout software
• Automatic nesting software

Optionally, the Luxury Nest strategy extends the system with a specially developed nesting logic for optimizing leather cutting. This allows for consideration of quality zones, defect areas, and specified rotation and grouping rules to achieve maximum material yield.

Versatile Tooling Options
The FlashCut 26B comes equipped with a multi-tool head. Standard tools include:

• Drag knife
• Punch tools (various diameters)
• Marking tool
• Tracing needle
• Laser pointer
• Knife holder and ejector

This makes the system flexible for cutting, marking, and perforating tasks.

Safety & Reliability
A safety system with light barriers and emergency stop switches ensures maximum operational safety. The machine is CE-compliant and designed for industrial continuous operation.
