The AULUMA AUTAX sharpening machine is a semi-automatic grinding device that enables all common double-blade and standard knife blades to be resharpened quickly and efficiently with top quality results.

Versatile adjustment and continuously variable grinding angle
This allows all standard types of blades to be sharpened. The blade is securely clamped and does not need to be repositioned. The grinding angles of two blades can be preset and switched between quickly using the fast selector. The angles can be easily read off from calibrated scales. The grinding depth is also infinitely adjustable.

The angle grinder with variable speed ensures optimal grinding results, allowing you to sharpen the blades right up to the innermost edge. Thanks to the special ceramic grinding disc, overheating and thus loss of hardness of the blades is prevented.

Angle adjustment and pivoting manual – grinding operation automatic
The angles must first be set manually, after which the machine uses an optical sensor to locate the first blade. The sharpening process runs automatically. Once the entire knife length has been ground, the machine shuts off automatically and the carriage is pivoted manually. Then, the other side of the blade is sharpened automatically.

Due to the special and robust design, there is virtually no wear. The rollers and guides are electroplated and fit perfectly together, enabling smooth, play-free movements.
