Two heavy-duty transport carts (A and B), independently operated, for loads up to 35 tons.
Each transporter is supported by four swiveling heavy-duty wheels and two omnidirectional drive wheels, which enable movement in any direction. The drive wheels are pneumatically pressed to the ground for optimal traction. By rotating the two drive wheels, the various drive modes of the transporters are activated, resulting in a highly flexible vehicle capable of moving longitudinally, transversely, and rotating on the spot.

Integrated into each transporter is a 35-ton lifting table, whose contact surfaces are equipped with heat sinks to dissipate heat emitted by the pallet (suitable for the transport of warm/hot materials). The lifting system is driven by a central motor, transmitting power through two gearboxes and axles that pass through the frame. These axles drive 4 shafts located at the corners of the transporter. Depending on the goods being moved, custom fixtures can be built to be supported by the lifting system.

The entire system is protected by aluminum covers, each individually numbered to ensure accurate replacement after maintenance.

The conveyors were designed to handle a maximum load of 35 tons at a maximum speed of 1.5 km/h in manual mode and 1 km/h in semi-automatic mode. Speed is continuously adjustable via the manual control with joysticks.

Unloaded and in manual mode, the transporters can reach up to 2.5 km/h; in semi-automatic mode, speed is limited to 1.5 km/h.
